Center for Online Addiction.

Founded in 1995 by Kimberley Young, the Center for On-Line Addiction is a treatment clinic and training institute specializing in "cyber-disorders such as cybersex addiction, cyberaffairs, problem day trading, compulsive online shopping and gambling, and childhood Internet addiction." They "focus on strategies to maximize use of technology while retaining a balance of it in one's life."

They conduct diagnostic and forensic evaluations for criminal and domestic legal cases. Somewhat ironically, the also maintain a "virtual clinic," which provides services through email, chat and telephone. The site includes a nice bibliography to literature related to Internet use, which is labeled "Reading Room" in the "Resource Center" section.
