Evaluate, and track findings for future projects

Both short- and long-term evaluation are critical components of good design. If carefully tracked, both the successes and the failures of Kellogg projects involving ICTs could be valuable sources of guidance for future projects. Evaluation should follow projects throughout their life cycle, paying special attention to problems that may emerge long after an initial success. Mechanisms should be developed to ensure that problems identified in one project are addressed by the next one.
